I recently collaborated with Soap’N’Skin for the launch of their new Argan Elixir. Everything I learnt about the product, upon being introduced to it, seriously excited me and I just couldn’t wait to try it out!
Soap’n’skin have recently launched this product, and it is their most versatile product. This new Elixir they have created is a super exciting one and I’m sure you’ll want to hear about this. One of the reasons I couldn’t wait was that it can be used pretty much all over your body. Isn’t that just so useful, only having to use one product that actually works well, rather than 5 different ones?!
So, you’re probably wondering what is this amazing Elixir, and why was I so excited about it. Well keep on reading and I’ll give you a little review and explain why.
Argan oil has been around for quite a while now, I have seen it being used in a lot of beauty products such as haircare products, skincare products, you name it! To be honest, I haven’t used Argan oil before, so I don’t quite know how the other Argan products work. One thing I do know is since I have started to use it, this Argan Elixir has been my go-to product.
Soap’N’Skin have made a special mix of the Argan oil where they have infused Orange Blossom oil with it. With all of the benefits of Argan oil such as hydrating and healing the skin, the Orange Blossom oil has been added to de-stress the skin, reduce fine lines, wrinkles AND stretch marks! And, it makes the product smell A-MA-ZING!
As I have mentioned before, one of the reasons I’m loving this product is the fact that it can be used all over your body. Its versatility allows you to be able to try it on in different ways and at different times of the day. For example, you can incorporate it into your night time routine.
Use it at night before bed, and wake up in the morning with super soft, hydrated skin.
Other ways it can be used are:
- As a body moisturiser
- In your hair
- On your face
Two of my favourite places to use it is on my face and my hair. I use it on my face as a part of my night time routine and before my makeup. Using it before I apply my makeup has really helped my makeup with looking more flawless and gliding on easily. I have quite dry skin so when I apply my powder, sometimes it gets stuck to the dry spots. This oil really helps with keeping it moisturised so my face doesn’t look dry.
I also use it in my hair, I absolutely love the effect it leaves on my hair. I spread a little all over my hair before I wash it. After washing, I find it leaves my hair feeling unbelievably hydrated. It works even better when I let the oil soak in my hair for a couple of hours before washing it. My hair comes out so moisturised that I don’t need to use any hair creams to stop it from frizzing.
Sounds like a pretty great product so far right? Well, you’re going to love it, even more, when I tell you this next part. Soap’N’Skin have also thought about making sure everyone in the making process is treated fairly. Some of you may know that Argan oil is made in Morocco by the Berber women. They do an amazing job at making it, but it is very hard labour. And sometimes the women get taken advantage of by not being paid fairly.
Soap’N’Skin have made sure that everyone making their Argan is treated and paid fairly, and that the money they receive goes back into their communities and education. I absolutely love the fact that everyone benefits with this product. It’s important to make sure people aren’t being treated badly so that others can benefit.
Okay, so I know I have been super positive about this product so far and obsessing over it. The only downside I would say is that because it is 100ml bottle, I wouldn’t be able to use it as a body moisturiser because it would finish too quickly. Honestly, if I had loadss of the product, I would use it on my body too.
Oh and I forgot to mention, it is 100% natural. There are no parabens and no synthetic fragrance. So with everything it is doing for your skin, it is also kind to it.

(Disclaimer: I am kind of in love with this product, so if my review sounds too positive, it’s because I genuinely like it!)
